So pretty and femine, this late 1940s vintage nightgown is knit in a delicate lace pattern. Crochet trim is added to the sleeves and neck (if you do not know how to crochet, this finishing touch can be skipped) with ribbon threaded through holes at the waist. What a perfect vintage addition to your nighttime wardrobe. 

The nightgown length is 52 inches (or as required) with a bust measurement of 34 inches. We provide RESIZING instructions HERE if you need to create a bigger bust or garment size. I'd recommend this pattern for intermediate to advanced knitters, but advanced beginners should be able to knit without too much difficulty. 

The materials call for Nos. 8, 9, 10 and 12 needles -- note this is the UK sizing. For the USA conversion, use 4.0mm, 3.75mm, 3.25mm and 2.75mm, respectively.
