Originally published in 1927, this hard-to-find vintage beading book has been reprinted with all the original pages and designs. Filled with a fantastic selection of flapper era beaded purses and necklaces, this book contains full illustrations and instructions for 17 purses using a combination of knitting or crochet stitches (depending on pattern) and sliding beads after stitches in sequence with the instructions. One purse is easily crocheted and the beads are stitched on, the rest of the purses are knitted with beads.

In addition, instructions are provided for making  two necklaces, a Victorian collar necklace and a change purse using simple beading instructions.
